"This place really needs to do something about the delivery wait time and their staff ! I have ordered from them about 3 times over the last couple of years and waited at least an hour and half to 3 hours every time and I keep thinking they would improve but they don't just get worse ! Tonight I rang after an hour to see if my order had left and the young girl on the phone said hang on I'll check came back and said yes it's on it's way to you it will be there soon , so waited another half hour and rang again to say where is it as we are only 10 mins away from the restaurant then the owner gets on the phone to tell me no we have not received the order thru menulog but I had all the confirmation from menulog that it had gone thru ! I told owner not good enough she just laughed and said oh sorry we so busy ! I don't care put more staff on or don't deliver if you can't handle it ! Never order delivery from them just shocking !"
