"We ordered $100 worth of food and asked for 1 of the meals to make certain nutritional needs (gluten-free) that the restaurant agreed. the order was delivered and the gluten-free meal was made incorrect, restaurant was contacted and a new meal recommended would be delivered in 45min. almost 40min later the restaurant called to say that they had no time to re-enter the meal they made wrong. they offered a refund or I could come to the meal. when I said I delivered them, they said they wouldn't know that the supplier didn't want to bring it back. I was also recommended that the manager wasn't in when I was waiting again after 10min, the manager was unobtrusively available. I was recommended by the restaurant if I placed a new order that would be delivered to the meal, but they can not again the meal that made them wrong. this is the most appalling customer service I have ever received from a restaurant. the replacement was finally delivered almost 2 hours after the untital order by the owner and a chef again, as the supplier would not do their job and supply the meal, it belonged several times during the phone to refuse. the manager was helpful, but the staff and the driver were unprofessional."

"More lively place and we had to book for the next night for dinner. pleasant and good food and service. When we were asked for our meal, we told them that the ribs were really salty and it was taken off from our bill. pleasantly surprised. Thank you."

"Revisited on21/04/17,very happy to hear the lease was renewed for 3 more years.Went with family including two young school age children,as always welcomed by the friendly Stacey.Noted no garlic prawns in the entrees,not a problem Stacey arranged it .Two of us had the barramundi as always meal excellent,wife had the veal masala and said the meat was tender and cooked perfectly. Children enjoyed chicken snitzel,fish and chips. Great place for dinner,good food ,warm & friendly atmosphere."
