"We came on Saturday 16th juli around 17.30 clock got drinks as they first there were 5 of us from the Salvos-Shop fremantle for a birthday dinner, so we thought we ordered 5 meals a steak and chips and salat a fish and chips with salat a parma and chips and salat and a kangauruburger. the burger was burned as in black the birthday girl tried to complain, but anyway the salat we got was turned away I mean, a cherry tomatin cut half and bit salat in a small bowl really the parma was not cooked in the middle roher and my steak was bloody I was after well done, but did not happen a total thank you for that."

"Well, what can I say my wife and I were on the way to the Movies and had an hour up our sleeves. We stopped into Ipoh on a whim and WOW the food was fresh tasty and well priced. I had Caramelised Prawn and Pork Belly and my wife had Vegetarian Crepe. Rice on the side and Spring Rolls the rolls were packed with fresh meas and vegetables. Vietnamese food doesn't get better than this.Mark"

The only enjoyable part of the evening was the waiter who tried very hard to please. We even thought he had a good sense of humour but later realised it was actually because he misunderstood us. The main issue was over corkage. I was dining with my 2 children and we had decided to go to a different restaurant which charges $2 per person corkage and I know their wine list is limited so was happy to pay the corkage. It turned out the restaurant was closed despite their website saying otherwise so we chose The Joy Kitchen instead. I left my pre purchased wine in the car knowing they were licensed. Upon discovering there is only one SSB and one Chardonnay on the menu I asked if I could bring in my own wine to which the response was "yes, but that will be $8 corkage" for one person drinking. When I objected that if they want to charge that amount for corkage they need to offer a better per glass selection the waiter said...

"This is a cute space where a sushi train parades a variety of food for hungry visitors to Fremantle. I love my sushi - but this place needs a more attentive sushi chef, and greater emphasis on freshness. If the food has gone from Hot to Cold - then the sushi chef should know to take it off the train. If someones asks if its fresh - then the answers must be honest. I hope Pink Rice can step up,"

BUT..... I went for lunch this week and you now order at the counter which is fine but PLASTIC KNIVES AND FORKS are not okay !!! Big mistake - please go back to providing proper cutlery - I'm sure other patrons feel the same away and is quite offensive considering the quality of the food. If this is another cost cutting exercise by the owners - it aint worth it. I will bring my own cutlery so I can enjoy my meal."

"I went to this restaurant ordered a take way dish. The staff informed me the waiting time would be 15 minutes. However, I have actually waited for a good 30 minutes for it. Very slow service, the dish I ordered was only a stir fried dish, with my years of experience of cooking, it should only take 5-10 minutes. Anyway, I got my order at the end. I was so disappointed with this place. Not just because of the waiting time was so long. After I got home, I found out I have been over charged. According to the take away menu price, price I paid for was not the correct amount. I suddenly felt I was cheated by the restaurant staff. So, I have to remind everyone who is planing to go to this restaurant, be aware of the bill, potentially the staff will charge you extra dollars on your food bill."
