"We thought here was Sunday dinner during a motorbike ride. we were greeted by a smiling waitress who offered to put our helmets in another room so they wouldn't be in our way. we sat next to an inside pond with 4 golden fish that swim around. in their spacious accommodation. we have decided from the carte but also lunch menus. I had calamar beignets, who were beautiful and crispy and came with delicious chips, a little pot of ratatouille, some salate and a pot mayonnaise. it was all nice. my companion chose nems with st. marcellin and sun-dried tomaten on a dish salat. original and also very tasty. we drank 2 glasses (between us) of fabulous local red wine from domain saint jean d’aumières. plus two coffees, it came to a very reasonable total of 40 eur. it is a pleasure to be in a restaurant with such smiling, welcoming staff, great eating and cheap prices."
