"Towards of the end of the Parade on Friday evening before the 24h, quickly checked TA and saw that Le Palais de Bangkok was just a short walk from the main square. Lucky we got there before the rush, as they were turning people away at 20h00! Anyway, nice little place. Staff tried their best as the room got very crowded and just about coped. Guessing that because of the race weekend their menu was limited to a fixed price menu with about 4 or 5 choices of straters and mains and everything we had was extremely tasty and authentic. It was a bit pricey and they did make a mistake in the bill, but overall, pretty good."

"Should have been a great meal, but was quite poor. I had take out, and my hotel was just across the road from the Sushi Shop, so I was having my meal within 5 min of picking it up. I had Sashimi (Demi Thon), California Rolls (dynamite), Maki, (salmon), Sushi (salmon), Edamame and 1 Asahi beer, it all came to €31.80. If the meal was good, the price would have been fine, but it wasn't! The Edamame was past its use by date they had beards! The Sashimi was almost frozen and tasteless, and the rolls were like cardboard. I think this has to be the worst sushi I have ever had! Certainly will not visit the Sushi Shop again."
