"Ever been to a Thai restaurant and the food was too hot to eat? Not at Mekong Cafe where you can choose the heat! spicy flavor) I am very impressed with both the staff and the food. They have a friendly staff, smiles and suggestions are on point... I tried the Viet Iced Coffee Boba, so refreshing.Vegetarian options: Sautéed veggie bowl available (cooked on same surface as meats). Steamed veggie option. "My new favorite Thai! You know the chefs know what they are doing when you can actually taste each individual vegetable. I am used to Thai that is cooked or boiled to the point where everything in the dish tastes like everything else. I was very impressed with the fresh, crisp, and delicious preparation.
