"Place is not good at all. And the bathrooms were so dirty, it was disgusting. Stay away . Poor people trying to keep their business alive but not actually cleaning their bathrooms. Who knows what they do behind the scene in those kitchens. Just distributing. Rosenberg is a ghetto town. I went to 3 locations. Hotel. Pho restaurant and two other hotels near by, all were disgusting dirty, stinky. Had some weird funk smell. Don’t come to this town to stay, shop, near eat. Stay in Houston area or midtown. It was one of the worst phos I’ve had in my life as well. I’ve been to over 150 pho restaurants in my life, that’s telling you something. Forgot to mention, we were waiting to get our food two of us, looked around and there was tables with no people, sitting there before we got there. And the table had not been cleared for the whole time we were there which would have been like 45mins. That’s how lazy, and unclean they are. Here’s the photos of damage dishes, and uncleared clean tables, after customers left for over half and hour. Just sad."

"I use to order from here at least once a week ever since it opened. The food was great and the service was quick. The last two times I’ve ordered, it has taken almost an hour to get my food. Today I ordered the chicken vermicelli bowl and I was disappointed. The noodles were mushy and tasted old. They were also broken into tiny pieces."

"We order the delivery or take from this place. often. love you eat. but their personal customer service sucks. They came to end at 9:30 a.m. and we went in at 9 a.m., wanted to eat there and they said I could just come out because they wanted to get out in time. I work in retail and when we close at 9 and a customer goes at 8:58 we don't tell them we're open, but pls out, so we can go hone in time. they have an open sign and hours up to 9:30... but we are rude and will not serve you. it's called false advertising and just wrong."
