"I haven't had a good phopho in so many months before I came by tonight. Your pho soup is definitely your best dish! It's so rich and tasty. Most other pho sites in Florida are more Asian fusion and watered down, this soup was actually the real deal soup we get on the west coast in California."

"Went on a late rainy Saturday afternoon around 4pm and we still had to wait. This place is so popular. We waited only for 10min so that was pretty good. We sat at a table by the window which was great since the kids were able to look out the window and kept them entertained. No crayons at this chain. Even though they didn’t have a children’s menu they are definitely able to accommodate. So the kids got mac and cheese and pizza. The pizza looked good but the mac and cheese was too cheesy. The small bowl of mac and cheese cost $4.95 plus $1.75 for a drink. Not worth that price. I ordered the pasta da vinci $10.95 (lunch portion available before 5pm) and it was plenty large. I can’t imagine how big the dinner portion would have been. We started with the popcorn shrimp which I've ordered before but they must have changed their recipe b/c it was too breaded and fried (and I don’t mine the breading part). The waiter was spacey and took forever to get our bread. We asked him to have a birthday surprise for my daughter who turned six. He said it was complimentary and consisted of vanilla ice cream, hot fudge and whip cream. No hot fudge and they charged us for the ice cream. If the service was better the overall dining experience would have scored higher. Just remember not to order too much food b/c the portions are large. Great cheesecake at $6.25 by the way, but would you expect anything less?"

"The seafood pancake was delicious. I also ordered a kimchi stew, and while I enjoyed it, it wasn't my favorite stew. It's just okay! I would've liked a few more chunks of pork in my food."

"Friendly staff and the place was extremely busy but the food quality is very subpar. The fish isn’t fresh and the rolls are overpriced for fake crab. Most of the rolls have Imitation Krab and the salmon lover roll the salmon was slimy in texture. I also didn’t like the plates and utensils they serve for dine in guests it just cheapens the experience even more with styrofoam products. The only roll that was semi edible in my opinion was the veggie roll other than that I wouldn’t recommend or try coming back here for sushi.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian roll is the only thing I’d recommend to eat here if you’re very hungry."

"Grand Lux is slowing going down in standards. Yesterday we had lunch there. My wife had a burger, I had the caramel chicken. Kids had chicken paramegano and Glazed salmon. Well..fist problem, when the check came I noticed that the chicken parmasan was charged at the dinner price which we asked for the lunch special. I pointed it out to the waitress, she went back the office and she said that they could not change it!!! I mean talk about bad customer service! It get worse, my wife not 15 minutes later had to make a mad dash to the bathrooms from a very upset stomach! Ok so the extra money i paid for the dinner portion was not a big deal, but they didn't even try to accommodate me. I think Grand Lux is X'ed off my list!"
