"I go there the same days every week and the card is always the same. bio is not present in the cafeterias as of the industrial standard, no simmered dishes, never seen of cassoulet, pots, lentils or flageolets. never cabbage in all their forms, burgundy beef, or a simple fire pot. mussels save the image a little. but every day, noon and evening, pizza and burgers are the basic reference. because people just feed themselves, and not enjoy varied and good dishes."
