"Had dinner on Mother's Day 2017. I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. Food usually good. Service usually good. Not sure what happened on Mothers Day, the service was terrible. The restaurant was not very busy, not full. We ordered food, drinks. It was 15 minutes to get our drinks, 20 minutes to get started which was veg spring rolls. three table around us were the patrons came in after us were served their food before us. We didn't order complicated dishes. I asked the server about our order, she said it was coming, I then got my food which was three dishes , however did not get them at the same time so by the time I received everything the first dish was cold. I asked again about our order and was told "Its coming" My mother's food didn't come until 10 minutes after I finally got all that I ordered, the server was rude and dismissive. After we finished our meal, I asked to get some take away containers, but never received them. in the end I had to go to the bar and ask for containers and then back up to the bar to ask for my bill. Needless to say no tip. There was a gentlemen going around to tables asking patrons if they were there for Mothers Day, he never came to our table. Very poor effort"

"Dropped in for a quick lunch. Had the rare beef and tendon pho. Medium was almost too much. The beef was very very thin and a little tough. Tendon was almost missing. Broth was okay. I will try elsewhere."

"This is my first time to eat in TARA, it is a very friendly and cozy restaurant served by my neighbor. My wife chose this new place to celebrate my birthday, the experience proves that she made a proper choice - good service and good food. We like the rice paper roll with grilled chicken, since most of the typical Viet rest offer rice paper roll only with shrimps (but my wife is allergic to shrimp tho, so no luck to try this roll until TODAY in Tara) We also had a good chat with the owner and noticed that they were from Montreal and us too! What a nice chance to meet the pages from your hometown. We will definitely be back for more rolls -both roasted spring roll and rice paper roll. Go to TARA."

"Don’t remember how many times I visited this place because the Pho is really good. Their Bun Bo Hue is also tasty and delicious, and spicy. I recommend you can eat it with Banh Mi. The place is located in busy area. The staff are friendly and nice. This is my favorite spots."
