"Woeful excuse for papaya salad and Singapore noodles and I should know with my family having lived in Singapore and with us both having visited Thailand. They also forgot the sticky rice we asked for and didn't even apologise when I pointed this out to...them. Thankfully we're only visiting the area. If this was my local Thai place I'd be very disappointed."

"Lived in the area 20+ years and only visited this place a couple of times, i now remember why. With our usual place closed for a refurb You don 't know what you 've lost till its gone we thought we 'd give Lee Cottage another go, i mean, how bad can it be? The answer is very very bad. I mean who makes the sauces/gravies in this place? My grey tasteless sad looking Beef in Black Bean Sauce floating in the thinnest blandest watery mess, no taste no consistency, quickly soaked and disappeared into the rice. My partners Sweet and Sour was nothing more than orange-coloured water. Absolutely terrible on both counts. I wanted something tasty but not particularly Spicy, would have been better off saving £17 and just eating dry bread. BUT also within 2 hours i had a shocking upset stomach complete with cramps and all that goes with it diplomatic description . Truly terrible. Never ever again."

"We have made a delivery order to eat, the order lasted an hour. After it had not yet come for the time it said, we arranged them up, they said they had no delivery driver and it would be another...half an hour, that would be 20 by 9 at this point. then they said, “If we can’t just pick up the order.” what has upset us anyway after the payment for the delivery was not even apologetic. only a sweat. will not go back, will not receive any refund, so in the round paid for nothing."

"Love this place Ive eaten here many times and its always great Do not take notice of the bad reviews on here as they don't understand the workings of the trade like i do You cannot make spare ribs fresh to order as the time it would take to do that would be such a long time you would certainly complain about it as the preperation work involved is a lot more than you think ,same with the spring rolls They are made onsite You wont find them that size at a frozen food store im certain about that !"
