"Yesterday, I threw my daughter a college graduation party at Crawdaddy's. The entire process of inquiring about the rental, ongoing discussions of arrangements and actual day-of measures were seamless and streamlined. Sara, the GM, was very personable, friendly and accommodating from start to finish. Because I had only been in communications with Sara, I kept asking staff if they could have Sara pop in for xyz needs. Forgetting that we had an amazing and very attentive waitress, Nikki, who was more than willing to make sure everything was running smoothly for us. Both Nikki and Sara consistently checked on us and were so kind and patient. I'm not sure of the name of the bartender who assisted the party the most, but she is a gem! The buffet of food was promptly set up, on time. The room was ready and nicely set for 30 guests (even though all 30 never showed). We were also allowed to play our own music in the room. The food was AMAZING!! We had fried chicken wings (they were huge), regular chicken pieces, waffles, greens, ribs and Mac n' cheese. Chef also made a 3 tier sheet cake that was beautiful and tasted great!! It also had real roses on it. Exceeded our expectations. Shouts out to the chef for the food spread, cake and setting it up. My daughter had SO MUCH FUN and we couldn't have pulled it off w/o Sara, Nikki, Chef and the entire staff. Guess I'll have to hang out in Crawdaddy's more often!! ?"

"We visited Robs today for dinner , this isn't our first time here , we come here quite often. However today is my last day , to start off the waitress Annie (who happens to be the owners niece thank to the grapevine of several other employees) is the rudest coldest waitress we have ever experienced, first she walks off in the middle of you talking , thanking or trying to order from her. She never once asked us if we wanted refills , however asked the tables around us 3-4 times. It took 29 minutes for garlic toast (because she never added it since she walked off while we were asking for it). We ordered a meal to go for our daughter and ordered a loaded baked potato, she says sweet potato and we told her *no a loaded baked potato. We get home and no joke it was a sweet potato (get this ...with cheddar cheese and bacon, sour cream and butter) on a Sweet potato . Now to the dinner part of this , the beans were cold, the fries were cold as was the table in front is us. The best part of our meal were the appetizers. Annie finally gives us a to go refill except it's not even a full cup . From hearing others , apparently this particular waitress gets a lot of complaints and is still there. You lost a customer that frequents there just because of your waitress. The other waiters, waitresses , staff are great. Annie however is ruining your business. Understand family and all , but you're running a customer service business, shouldn't we come first at your place of business? So so super disappointed! We loved eating here , but this ended that."

"Hickory BBQ’s team was seriously amazing! Out of all our vendors, Steve was the most communicative, and our head server Murphy was also just as accommodating. Steve would always answer my emails in the same day, sometimes within the hour – I find that very impressive for any businessman, and it really helped us feel comfortable in the decision we had made for our caterer. I respect Steve so much for his communication skills, and even more for the food! The chefs on-site at the wedding worked magic! Our guests LOVED dinner. We had a mashed potato bar (a dream of ours from the start) that was bar none, everyone’s favorite part of dinner. Every guest had something to say about Hickory’s potatoes. We also had some special circumstances with guests’ diets, and Hickory crafted a gluten-free and dairy-free version of their vegetable lasagna for just that purpose, and the guests raved about it! Murphy was brilliant, she was so on point with every detail of our wedding and our reception. Her staff was so helpful and coordinated, all our guests were truly impressed. She was always available to answer any of my questions once Steve connected us, and even after the wedding when we had follow-up questions. 5 stars, 10/10, best rating ever. This company is amazing."
