"I ordered a 'supreme' pizza, medium. The green peppers were so tiny, I couldn't taste them. The mushrooms were almost not present, and it had too much sausage and pepperoni!! I didn't taste or see cheese or tomato sauce!? It was very bad. The 'Arnold Palmer' tea I tasted like hot water or worse!! It was very disgusting and they had the nerve to charge $23.00 for this garbage! I'm a native New Yorker, so I know how to taste pizza. Also the seats were dirty, and the Mexican cook held coughs and sneezes while cooking, without mask on!!! A terrible experience and a great waste of money. I like Puzza hat the best."

"I travel for work and the meat monster BY FAR is the best pizza I ever had. Everywhere I go, I'm going to try the local pizza, last night in ND I had a really bad three cheese. Nasty. I think it was the water. You must be crazy NOT to try the meat monster!!"

"It seems to be a trend with this place, it was late (Took 2 hours) and cold when it arrived. The Round Pizza I intended to mostly reheat later, so not a problem. The Cheese Steak cold wasnt so great. Microwave reheat makes the roll rubbery, but it was still good. Pizza was okay, Cheese Steak was very tasty though. I assume they are extremely busy. I ordered at 4 PM, but it was a 2 hour wait. Be prepared for a wait. Food good. Id say 3 and half stars."

"Johnny is just my favorite pizza in Raleigh now. As a native New Yorker, I know pizza. Johnny manages to deliver a crispy, thin NY crust, light on the oil, a perfect cheese train, a sauce that has no high acidity and they are difficult to pass to the toppings for value. The service here is excellent and I will continue to visit for cakes and wings. They have a wealth of tasteful wing sauces. Sweetheart, sweetheart. I sung with my family for the second time yesterday. There are many indoor seating and outdoor terrace tables. We chose the meat lovers and Buffalo wings. The Duke game was on the big screens so we enjoyed it. The young man in the register was very friendly and delivered our food very quickly to our table. Our cake was hot and full of meat from which you can dream. Sausage, paprika, ham, bacon. Johnny's discs are as big as your head. The pizza is worth the 20-minute drive to this side of Cary. Add Johnny's to your bucket list while in the area."
