"That didn't have my reservation. I made it online here at the open table. I even called the restaurant to confirm, but when I was there, they had no record about my reservation. I had a party of 10! I was very unhappy. do not make a reservation online! they will not have it. beside the food was not so good anyway. I made the reservation 2 weeks ago, called to confirm and they lost even the reservation. they said I was mean when I wasn't just very frustrated. I will never go to neds for the rest of my life. that's not worth it at all."

"I usually love West. This was a different expereience. I ordered my appetizer and the waiter came back and told me that it would be about 10 minutes because they were cleaning the kitchen. Seemed strange for them to be cleaning the kitchen at dinner time and to tell me. I ordered the French Dip recommended by the waiter. It was the driest sandwich and meat with no au jus. I want to love this restaurant but this did not make me want to eat at WEST."

"WORST Dining Experience of my life. I decided to eat here for Valentine's day 2010. It was a 5 course meal. The restaurant was empty, the food was awful, this light in the back kept flickering, the table was dirty, silverware was not clean, the server didn't know the menu, we got dessert without silverware, my coke was flat, the food was cold, and the worst part was this overweight guy in a suit came over to ask us how our meal was, and he reaked of cigarette smoke....... The meal could not have been any worse. It actually was the worst meal of my life"
