"The place is too dark. What's the point to give coloring to the kids if they cannot see in the restaurant.We have to use the phone flash light to see the menu. Luckily we are not the only table that use the flash light, we saw couple other tables are using the same tools.My steak is over cook"

"My colleague called in March to make a reservation for a group dinner in April. When she called to modify the number in our party they couldn’t find our reservation. She made a new one. When we arrived for dinner, they couldn’t find our reservation....How do you lose a reservation twice? They managed to squeeze us in by shuffling some other guests around. The food was disappointing, no one in my group enjoyed their meal. My steak was so tough (even hard to cut) I only managed to eat half, the pizzas all looked exactly the same (overdone on top) whether they were vegetarian or loaded with meat. The drinks were decent. The building is beautiful but that’s not a good enough reason to recommend this place."

"The kitchen needs help. We ordered the Brewhouse Buffalo wrap and the portions were sad. For $20.99 each there was less chicken than a $4 Tim Horton's snack wrap. A hint of chicken on a mountain of lettuce. My prime rib was served blue. There's medium rare, then there's raw and probably dangerous. How anyone could LOOK at that piece of meat and have the audacity to serve it to a customer is beyond me. This place was never this careless and bad, hope they can fix these issues asap."

"This restaurant has mostly elevated booth tables, although I did notice a large round table for 6-8. If you have a group and want to check on seating options, or if someone uses a walker/wheelchair, check it out in advance. The service was very good, as well as the food. Each person in our group of 4 was very pleased with their meals. I would return to this restaurant in a heart beat."
