"The bottlery has failed at almost every level. they were from almost half the dishes in their menu. After ordering it took 55 minutes to get everything out of the kitchen, and that was a simple bread olive plate. after the order, we found out that they were from one of the ordered courts, should have known that they were starting with it. when the dinners were finally delivered from the kitchen, they left one completely out (my daughter, who now starved at 20:30) they never informed us. wonderfully followed the last part that was saved us from a complete melting. we had to crash our server tirelessly down, and our complaints were not met with an excuse, but “we are really busy”. but somehow managed to pay attention to the tables with their friends. I would avoid this place at all cost underprepared, extremely bad service, mediocre food (at best). the bolton is over the road where we had a much BETTER experience. do not waste their time in the bottlery."
