"Just disappointed. I don’t get to eat out at steakhouses often but I always remembered Long Horn was way above the competition of other steakhouses typically. Tonight was the exception. I’d say short staffing was to blame but, here goes. Had to wait several minutes to be seated on an otherwise dead night, there was nobody greeting at the door. When I did get seated and got the order started, I asked for water with a lemon and never got the lemon, never got any bread before the meal and the steak…I usually get the renegade but tonight I wanted to go a little better in quality and price. So I got the 9 oz Flo and asked to have it cooked medium rare. I typically prefer medium but know it’s always over cooked anyways from past experiences with steakhouses. It came out D.O.N.E.! It was like eating a patty off a McDonald’s hamburger that was cooked to death. There wasn’t a hint of pink. I did get some bread though after I asked as I was afraid I’d be going home hungry."
