"Have been here on several occasions, on this particular day we stopped in for lunch. The Black Sparrow at first glance seems underwhelming. Once you step inside, the character and charm changes your mind. Boasting a large selection of cocktails and drinks, the Sparrow has a wonderful selection of local brews. Food is not only unique, but pleasantly tasteful and fulfilling. The textures, flavors, and combinations are all done right. For the price is slightly higher than you might expect at a typical sit-down restaurant, it is well worth the experience and the results. Enjoy!"

"Don't even waste your money!! WORST SLOP I EVER ATE JUST HAD DINNER WITH MY DAUGHTER SHE ORDERED THE FILET MED IT CAME OUT MED WELL TO WELL DONE I ORDERED THE FISH AND ETOUFFEE NO FLAVOR AND WAS SO WATERYWE WAS TRYING TO BE POLITE WE DON'T SEND FOOD BACK AND REORDER MY DAUGHTER ATE MAYBE 3 SMALL BITES OF HER STEAK TRYING TO EAT IT IT WAS SO DRY THERE WAS NO WAY TO EAT IT WHEN I TOLD THE SERVER THE MANAGER NEVER CAME OUT WHEN WE GOT THE BILL THEY WERE CHARING US FOR THIS MEAL WHEN I ASKED HER TO TAKE IT OFF SHE SAID SHE WOULD GET THE MANAGER HE NEVER CAME OUT AND SAID HE WOULD ONLY TAKE HALF OFF BECAUSE SHE ATE OFF IT I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT I WOULD HAVE PAID IT NO PROBLEM IF IT WAS WORTH IT I TOLD THEM WE WOULD NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN THERE FOOD WAS SLOP I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR THE MASHED POTATOES THAT CAME WITH IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! IT WASN'T OVER THE PRICE IVE ATE AT ALOT OF A WHOLE LOT NICER STEAK HOUSE AND PAID A WHOLE LOT MORE FOR A MEAL BUT THEY NEED SOME CLASSES ON HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT"
