"Not sure if I’d go back. When a restaurant can’t make calamari right, you send it back and it comes back a little better, no taste either. My entree was the catch of the day and it lacked flavor- needed garlic, salt sand pepper. Service was thoughtful and he tried to be funny and upbeat which I appreciated. Tried it, now I’m good."

"Went on a Monday at 11A and it wasn’t crowded, laid-back vibes and the service was extremely sweet and attentive. I had the apple cider mimosa which was refreshingly delicious. Highlight of my meal. For appetizers we tried the sweet Thai chili calamari which was a 10/10. My friend had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and I had the steak tips with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Everything was fantastic. No complaints"

"Republic is one of my go-to restaurants in Manchester. They have lots of options for vegans, meat-eaters, and GF folks. I have always found their staff to be knowledgeable and accommodating. My favorite thing about Republic is that it is nice enough for a date night, but also laid back enough for lunch with friends or a drink after work. Also worth checking out is their sister restaurant, Campo Enoteca."

"Delicious food. Not only were two entrées and one dessert labeled Vegan but the special that evening was also vegan. We had the crispy broccoli pizza and the special, which was some sort of chickpea flour pancake with grilled vegetables. One of our best vegan meals ever."

"We visited break here and our meal was delicious and a real farm to table restaurant. They come from numerous local farms. The food was well presented and the taste was from this world. Excellent waitress who both know the menu and are professional! When we were digging, each table was taken with a number of people waiting to sit. Beautiful rustic location and a wonderful culinary experience."

"For the third time with my wife. Always liked the not so usual food choice, 1/2 price bottle wine on Thursday, and the fact that the restaurant is owned by churches (no tipping, but you can make a donation). The waiting staff hardly needs anything. Usually inexperienced and not very attentive. However, I think the restaurant goes out of its way to rent unemployment, so I'm okay with the friendly inexperienced servers. But for this trip, my wife's steak was boiled and her frits were cold, so we sent it back. The substitute meal was perfect. At night, my wife and I had both stomach problems. The only food we shared this day was their steak dinner and the fruit of seafood appetizer. One of them made us sick. I doubt we'll come back. I hope no one has the same experience."
