"I decided to have lunch based on the reviews of others and I was not disappointed. The whisky list is extensive and offers my favorite single malt at a reasonable price. I ordered the NY Steak sandwich and it was twice over every penny. My waitress was excellent; I've never waited for something and she was looking for drinks levels, but not unnecessarily interrupted as some servers do. Everything for wonderful experience!"

"Impressed. I attended Brio last week and had a wonderful experience. The seasonal bruschetta was an amazing tomato chutney with bacon and ricotta cheese and was the favorite of the night. The homemade lemonade was certainly a treat as well. The waitress was spot-on the entire night and contributed to the overall positive experience. Next time I'm in City Creek I will definitely be attending Brio again."

"Came for the Saturday brunch with a group of 7, and all 7 of us had a wonderful meal. We tried a pretty broad range of menu items, and nothing we ordered was short of outstanding. Standouts included the Pan Francis (French toast), the red flannel hash, the steak salad, biscuits and gravy, and the soup of the day (a tomato coconut curry soup that was seriously awesome). The well-varied menu had so many interesting-sounding choices that we had a really tough time deciding what to order. From our experience, though, I don't think you'll go wrong with anything you choose.<br>

The restaurant is very allergen friendly, with LOTS of gluten free choices that are as flavorful as the regular menu. Even the gluten free bread was among the very best we've ever had.<br>
