"Ambiance was decent and wait staff was good. Other than that nothing else I can say positively bout this placeOur meals were luke warm, blend and some of the sides had no taste to them whatsoever. While they have a bar and there own cocktails if you ask for something not on the menu, u probably wont get it. And yes, unfortunately even the cocktail drinks we did order tasted horrible. Bad bar staff..On top of all this, it took them almost an hour for them to bring our food out. Two kids meals, a chicken plate and crab cakes. I was very upset to say the least.Stay away. Go to Perry's Steakhouse next door. Exceptional food, service and bar area."

"Love this place. My husband and I were visiting Blowing Rock back in January and ate here twice over the weekend; once for lunch and once the next day at dinner. This trip we had our 5, 10, and 16-year-old grandchildren. Every dish we ordered was fantastic. The service was second to none and the waitress was on top of everything and extremely pleasant. I wish I could remember her name just to give her a shout out. The decor is rustic and cozy and just what you would expect for a mountain restaurant. We've had a variety of menu items and nothing disappointed. We'll be back again for sure."
