"This place is beautiful, I liked the main bar and the cocktail bar on the other side. But the food was not great at all. We went for a steak and took time to be served, I ordered medium rare steak my steak was hard and abit burned and my friends steak was abit soft... The chef should improve.."

"Shocking experience here today. My year old child (with serious bowel issues) needed to use the toilet while we were out for a drive today. We stopped at The Carrigart to use their restroom facilities. Upon entering we were greeted by female staff members who were chatting to eachother in the reception area. I explained that my child desperately needed to go to the toilet and asked them to point me in the direction of it. The girl rudely said no and pointed to a sign in the glass part of their front door, they told me to read the sign. We were in such a hurry to get in that we missed the sign that advised us that the toilets were for paying customers only. I said I would buy something after and she still refused said I had to buy something first. Horrified we left the premises without being allowed to use the toilet. Needless to say my year old daughter was very confused, upset and distressed. I understand that some people may take advantage of toilets in establishments like this but to refuse a child is totally unacceptable. I will never ever return here and I hope that whoever is in charge reconsiders this rule. I also recommend that the staff I was unfortunate to encounter today are given some basic training on their customer service skills, or should I say lack of skills."
