Donnelly Group’s culinary team Alvin Pillay, Sarah Stewart, and Chris Stewart have put their stamp on fresh, satisfying, scratch-made menus which are built around a core group of 14 dishes, mixed and matched to create unique offerings with multiple options at each location. The menus also include BC VQA wine suggestions from Bar Beverage Director Trevor Kallies, and this year, each selection is available singly and in different sized pours for sipping, sampling, and sharing. Thanks to The Donnelly Group, I was able to try out the Dine Out menu at The New Oxford in Yaletown. Here’s a look at what you can expect from 3-course dinner."

"Tiny little place with a few chairs. Cute, charming and cozy. I had the Philly cheese steak. Super delicious. Great size. It was freshly made, I was happy to wait for it. I will go back and try some of their other ones they have on the menu!"

"We had a drink and appies while waiting for the kids to return from a concert. Ordered a drink ( Bellini) and appies ( dry ribs and calamari), the drinks were tasty but I would question the advertised alcohol content. The appies were not great. Dry ribs were over done so were tough and dry. The calamari was soggy and super greasy not crispy. So disappointing all around except for the sticky toffee birthday treat at the end. The restaurant was very quiet with lots of staff. We won't be back would seek out somewhere else next time"

"This was my first time at The Keg and I discovered it was a wonderful place. This location has the most beautiful bamboo plants that surround it. The restaurant is also very cozy and beautiful looking. The main rib was perfectly cooked, juicy and delicate. Service was also very good. The chocolate cake dessert was very rich, decadent and delicious. The only drawback was that the meat on the nachos was salted excessively... How super salty, but it was still edible. But overall it was a great experience and would definitely be back for more, as it really meets the place for food and ambience for social meetings. P. S. The Billy Miner Pie is pure yum."
