"Been here twice now and both times the food was pretty good but service was just mediocre. They were not busy on either visit, in fact the dining room section was completely empty. I ate here because of convenience to the hotel and you can get a decent meal at a decent price."

"We went to Smokey Bones at 9pm on a Saturday to attend karaoke. There were about 12 of us, and we had to wait over an hour just to get a table. Once seated, several members of our group ordered various dishes: chicken fingers, ribs, and other appetizer-type food. Although the server was friendly, it took well over an hour to receive any food. Service was also fairly slow with drinks, as well. I think our server missed an opportunity to make a lot more money with reorders, but I never saw her slacking off, so I believe she was just spread too thin for the amount of business. Once the food finally arrived, it was very good. I would recommend this restaurant only with the note that you should avoid the busy times if you want to get your food at anything faster than a glacial pace."
