"Il faut être un peu tordu pour demander une salade tomates mozzarella dans une brasserie portant le nom de "carnivore" ! Mais, par ce temps de canicule, je désirais quelque chose de léger et je me rabattis sur ladite salade qui était la proposition la moins chère de la carte, mais néanmoins à 24 CHF (soit caïman 24 €) Avec un apéro et un "déci" de vin blanc l'addition de 36 CHF fut douloureuse pour un pauvre français, habitué pour ce prix là à un repas gastronomique complet. C'est Genève, certes, mais tout de même ...Ceci dit c'était mangeable, mais pas extraordinaire.A part çà la terrasse ombragée est très sympa en bas de la Place du Bourg du FourQuant au service, il est correct mais minimal."

"I had a buyclub voucher, which as soon as it was seen we were put in a tiny seating area at the back hidden away next to the kitchen. there was plenty of space up front and we had both come from work so it was either the voucher, the dress or the face we were speaking english. other than that it was an exquisite evening of new tastes and i would highly recommend it"

"Nous avons diner au starling café et nous nous sommes régalés.Le service est superbe et aux petits soins.Nous avons goûté l'assortiment de Dim Sum Gao d'une saveur exceptionnelle, très bien présenté.Puis nous avons partagé une salade d’algues Wakamé, crevettes royales, thon fumé et mariné aux graines de sésame et mayonnaise au wasabi, gingembre crisp. Puis nous avons terminé avec un wok thai garni aux légumes et riz parfumé au thé vert, c’était excellent, on y retrouve toutes les véritables saveurs thai !L'équipe en salle, en cuisine et le chef Fabrizio sont supers!la cuisine du chef est digne d'un deux macarons et il le mérite."
