"O'Communailles is one of those little gems that you would only give to close friends for fear that the entire resort would start going there. The place is very cozy both inside and outside, with a nicely decorated terrace offering a stunning view over the Mont Blanc. You could say some other places offer similar setups and could be right, but what makes the place really stand apart is the food. This is a real restaurant serving real in-house-made food mixing Piedmontese and French traditions. Everything is made out of quality ingredients. Quite a gap compared to what you could expect from a restaurant located on the slopes. Lastly, staff is friendly and efficient, which adds to the experience.Living in the Geneva area, we’ve been visiting quite a number of other places in St-Gervais and this one is an absolute favourite. So yes, it's slightly off the rest of the resort, but well worth the detour!"
