"While I don't generally believe in writing poor reviews this particular situation deserves just that. I had entered an online order for a dinner to be picked up at a specific time. When I arrived to request my order I was told that it had not been received. I offered to provide the confirmation email I had received confirming my order and it was suggested that I must have ordered from another store. When I showed the email to indicate that I had indeed ordered from this establishment I was greeted with shrugged shoulders. There was no offer to prepare the order. No apologies for a mixup or for my inconvenience. No offer to refund the cost which I paid online and has been deducted from my bank account. I must say this is a revolting display of customer service in a time when I know restaurants are struggling but to take my money for no services is an outright cheat. I am not a fussy person when it comes to service and often roll with the punches but not having received any recompense is just wrong. Do not patronize this establishment."

"Friendly reception at hostess station. Immediately seated. Server (Devon) was prompt and pleasant. She was right on top of our orders and drink refills. She was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks menus. Four entrees were generously portioned, flavorful and relatively inexpensive. Desserts from Bean Counter were delicious. It was our first visit but we will cheerfully return and recommend to others."

"The service was really good. We had them chose a couple of beers for our flights in our wheel house. Fun to have a element of surprise and they did a great job. French dip sandwich was the best we have ever had and the salad was delicious. Enjoy!"

"Seating is a bit limited, however the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They hold themselves to a very high standard of quality. The food tasted excellent.
