"Hubby and I visited Alabaster, Al. WOWWWW! I was not a real fan of Olive Garden except the salad and Moscato wine UNTIL LAST NIGHT!!! Our waiter (does not remember his name, but remembers his smile) was an amazing young man who was so professional and friendly!! He did a fantastic job! We were so happy with him! The dishes and portions were INCREDIBLE!! Food was hot fresh and just as we ordered it! Thank you for this kind of experience considering that customer service is almost not existent in these days!! We're coming back!"

"After our daughter's ice cream, we went to dinner. We sat fast and the server was on our table right away. She took our drink order and gave us time to watch the menu. We put our food order and everything came pretty fast. We had to wait until dinner was almost over before we could get some yeast rolls. The server said the elaborated person had taken all the roles for these orders. The food was good and the portions were well dimensioned. They seem to get rid of the free cake on Wednesday and they've bought the kids off since we visited last."

"I have heard that this place in Alabaster will not be opened much longer and after a visit to lunch yesterday I understand why. At 12:20 a.m., it was said that the waiting period would be 10 minutes (at 25 to be), although the restaurant probably had 30 empty tables. Hostess said there were only 2 servers and they were both at their maximum number of tables. When we sat, our server was great, but super busy as you would imagine. The food was bad. The woman said the salmon was dry, although the bastard was pretty good. The Koleslawin had turned and she became sick almost after a single bite. I had the Southern Chicken channels and that was pretty good, but the sides of the Mac cheese seemed to sit under a heat lamp for hours as it was very dried out, and not at all how M C should taste. The bread was brilliant as usual and the server got a solid 8-9 out of 10 or it would have been a lower over all ratings. I don't know how restaurants can survive with the current climate, millions of unfilled jobs and millions of people they don't want to take. Maybe pickup is just the option because the current facility in this restaurant does not work for us and we do not likely return."
