"I didn't come to Germany from America to eat American steaks but we found ourselves here for dinner and I was incredibly impressed. I had the dry aged flank steak, and the meat and preparation were exceptional. Service was also outstanding."

"Usually the places that our outside the city center are the best in price and quality. Not that Alpirsbach has a city center but this place is on the other side of the road of the city center. We choose this place just for that...reason. All the places around the cloister where really crowded. Food is great and service excellent. The chef still comes over to ask if the dish is to your liking. Now where do they still do that?"
