"YUM!! Inside an adorable and historic Anna Maria house, from the service to the food and energy, we LOVED The Porch! Best fries, yummy succotash, great burger, incredible Maple Glazed Salmon, and the Great Blue drink was delicious and beautiful presentation! The pictures of the stone below are outside on the steps, made up of beautiful shells. All of these details really made our experience here! We had such a great time here and will definitely return when we’re back on AMI."

"We have had dinner at this restaurant many times. Something was wrong last night. We sat for an hour before our food was served. The hostess was cleaning tables. The waitress tried her best to reassure us food was coming but you could not help but notice there was definitely something going on in the kitchen"

"Worth the wait! We grabbed a drink and hung out on the beach with the kids enjoying the gorgeous sunset view until our table was ready. Once at our table, we had an amazing waitress and the food was delicious. We even picked up some cute Sandbar merch on our way out ? Great location and atmosphere"

"Food is always very good. (And we come here a lot). Service is great. Super dog friendly outside. There is a bad review that sat by a lady who sat next to us and our dog and thought we got preferential service. Personally, I would question the opinion of anyone who also spent the meal that told their big daughter that her daughter was in the law a “money-out-diva” but that’s just me."

"Absolutely delicious!! We had dinner here last night. I had the lady Wellington and my husband had one of the fresh fish specials. Both of them were amazingly delicious! We had dinner a few nights ago at the Beach Bistro and it was very good, butto be honest, last night’s dinner was much better. Our waitress, Nadia recommended their breakfast, so we came back thismorning to give it a try. We were not disappointed......again, absolutely delicious! My husband had the breakfast burrito andI had the stuffed French toast. I would highly recommend either of these. We will be back on our next trip to AMI!"

"I agree with most reviews. Atmosphere is charming and mostly clean and attractive. As I clean homes for a living I tend to notice some things that others don’t (including owners). Love the duck work exposed however the return vent that (even though normal) shows signs of dust on cover and also around ceiling directly above where we sat (table for two by window on left. Very tasteful old style chandelier also needs a dusting. Attention is obviously spent on decor and newer bathroom but don’t neglect the (not so obvious cleaning) Katie was our server who forgot our soup order and after her embarrassment rushed it out to us with a smoked burnt taste as they obviously toasted the top to melt the cheese. We always order onion soup and this wasn’t even as good as Lone Star. Katie was exceptional otherwise. She even comped our coffee. Owners should note on menu that salads have an up charge as a side.My dinner Shrimp and Scallops had the best seasoning and I was able to switch the set sides even though an up charge was added. My husband who always has a hard time choosing what to eat (he doesn’t eat fish) chose the pork with an apple topping. He enjoyed it."
