"Eating is always great, but the service is not. three times that I have ordered my food online to pick up and I'll go by when it says it's ready and it's still not. what my buttons were pushing that yesterday, I ordered my pack and smoothie and went to pick it up almost an hour after the order, when it says it would be ready in 15-20 minutes, and when I came there, they had not prepared my smoothie and I had to wait. it is frustrating because as a mall employee I order my food with the time so that I need to do everything it is to pick up so that I can enjoy my short break. very sad and disappointing."

"We sat at the bar. Yenelle and Justin were great. The mood, the food, the drinks?????. You want to go out and relax. Bonefish grill is the place. Laid back, good drinks, great bartenders. Happy hour rocks!!!! Highly recommend it. I had the bonefish salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was tender. The margaritas were ???????? strong. And the desser????Brownie lava . Soft fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream ????. Omg it hit all the right spots. If you are in The aventura área, stop by, the folks are awesome!!!!"

"This was my first time at this restaurant and it will be my last. Arrived on time for a 6:45 reservation. Waited 45 minutes with my elderly grandmother and three children for our reso- as I watched them seat table after table before us. We were finally seated (after having to speak to the manager) and ordered food and drinks. The waitress was great and the food was very good. Assumed the start to the meal was an anomaly and we were all enjoying. Fast forward to dessert. We ordered a cake for my 5 year olds birthday. They appeared to be doing a really nice sparkler song for the bdays and so we were excited to celebrate. 30 minutes later and we are still waiting for the dessert. By that point, the kids have had enough, the good mood has passed, and everyone is fed up waiting for dessert. The waitress was very nice- said the kitchen was just backed up, and that it wasn’t her fault. We understood, but at that point just wanted to leave. We asked for the bill and the waitress finally brought the cake- but missing was the sparkler, the birthday singing- extremely disappointing. Paid the bill, never got a copy. Asked for takeout containers, never even got a bag to put them in. Overall a very disappointing experience beginning to end. It’s clear this restaurant is very poorly run and we won’t be returning."
