"One of the fish dishes was not good tonight and my mother could not eat it. I tried it myself and it was not really edible. The rest of the dinner was good. When we went to pay, we didn't raise the issue but one of the waitresses pointed out to the Restaurant Owner when calculating the bill that we were the group that didn't like the fish. The Owner then started shouting at us in front of the restaurant, and began gesturing his hand around my head (like he wanted to grab it) and saying that if we can't appreciate good cuisine, we should stay home. The Owner then shouted that we have to pay for the whole meal, l even thought we never mentioned a discount! He continued to blasphemy whilst we paid and we thankfully departed but it was most distressing to be treated like this. HE CREATED HE INCIDENT OUT OF NOTHING, we didn't raise it, just the answer we didn't like the fish was enough to trigger such a violent reaction . We have been verbally abused."

"It was my second time here and I can confirm my first impression. This restaurant is very good. Food is good, has been impressive to see three big steaks. Staff always polite, the Mâtre is the same of my first time! Pricing is in the average. If you need spend many days in Bassano this is a valid choose to eat. Byeeeeeee Fra"

"Great selection of vines, short but exquisite menu, pasta al dente (for a foreigner a bit hard nevertheless good, fried tripe delicious must try if you are fan tartar made with ingredients of your choice simply fenomenal (tartar day is Wednesday! to finish great desserts or cookies. Unbeatably positive atmosphere and such a pleasant service. Loved it, coming back when next time in Bassano! Cheers"
