"We had a great time. The food was delicious and the service was great prompt and friendly. The acoustics in this place are terrible it's so loud! But that's my only quibble. Our table ordered the Sesame Salmon bowl, the tuna bowl and the Cajun Chicken sandwich with fries. Everyone was happy with their meals."

"I recently visited this location for Ultimate Endless Shrimp….I arrived at approx. 7:10pm…..at 7:30pm I was sitting at my table still waiting for the server or any employee to walk by begin to taking my order…everyone completely just ignoring my presence….exactly rude to be honest….there was a woman in plain clothing who was visibly staff w/o uniform talking to another patron at their table she did not give any looks continued ignoring…..her job is to come up to me speak take my order she did not When you see a customer walk into a dining room my advice is to “seat greet” immediately the more more you make them wait you make it awkward whatever the situation quite frankly you make the customer mad cause your clearly making them wait to be served on purpose it’s just rude….. Once the server greets you embarrassingly it goes downhill cause they’re just as faced as you for sitting there it’s like you’re making them do that but it’d be a lot easier for staff to do their job if they did it properly by looking out for new faces of customers who have just walked in who need their order taken immediately….don’t slack Also I find it odd that your servers call young people “Sir” on purpose when the person clearly doesn’t want to be called that….that’s aggravating….please just talk to your customers like in general without directly looking at them try to talk to them the way they’d want to be talked to."

"I have gone to Zanders in-person and ordered take-out/delivery many times. The food is ALWAYS delicious. The portions for your money are big and you can always save some for later/lunch the next day. There is something for everyone. Whether you are gluten free, vegan, love meat etc., you will find something delicious for your palate! I've been for various occasions. One stop shop!"

"Don’t waste your time or money. We got seated, and no one came to take our order. A girl eventually said she spotted us and that no one marked down our table. Our orders were taken and the fruit salad was moldy. It took 15 minutes for me to flag down the waitress and she grabs the fruit out of the bowl with her hands and spins it around as if she didn’t believe there was mold. She offers a new salad and I told her it’s fine I’m turned off of the fruit. She then proceeded to say that it happens sometimes. I asked for more syrup for my husbands pancakes because we only got a small pack that didn’t cover both pancakes. She agrees. Returns 15 minutes later long after the pancakes are gone. Water was empty more than half our stay and no one checked on us or offered to top up. There were no waitresses around to even flag down. Our whole section was empty except for us and the place was not packed. We ask for the bill and had to wait another 10 minutes. She drops the bill off then says there’s no machines. So we waited another 10 minutes. It was only after a different waitress spotted us that we got service. When paying the waitress starts making excuses (even though we didn’t complain but she clearly is aware we were neglected) about how we were sat in her area but then her area was moved. No apology. Just her excuses. So unprofessional. If you see the older lady with long brown hair in a pony tail, I recommend you ask for a different, more attentive and professional server. Food was mediocre."

"Burgers are commercial paddies and taste like Harvey’s same with the Rings. Nothing out rod the ordinary. Fries appeared be fresh cut. Tried this place once most likely will not be going back. I’m not crazy about Harry’s either"
