"No doubt the seafront commands a premium- I take one earlier reviewer's point about the whole fish price, but then who orders a whole fish nowadays without expecting some damage! My linguine aux palourdes was a reasonable 22 euros. Moreover when I rejected the coriander garnish it was replaced with no fuss- indeed with charm. There was a 4 course menu at 49 euros. The point is the food was good, the service charming and the views fantastic. What's not to like...Calvi has a lot of restaurants so this one has to justify its beautiful central spot!"
