"Der sowohl auf der Speisekarte und auf dem Prospekt als auch im Internet auftretende Satz "Unser Ziel ist es, Sie mit ausgewählten, hausgemachten Spezialitäten zu verwöhnen" erhöhte meine Erwartungen um einiges.Da ich also fest davon ausging, dass hier alles selbst gemacht wird, bestellte ich g'schmälzte Maultaschen mit Kartoffelsalat.Doch ich wurde schwer enttäuscht: Den Maultaschen sah man bereits an, dass sie nicht hausgemacht waren. Der Geschmack bestätigte das nur: unglaublich fad und mit zu wenig Fleisch und zu viel Spinat. Außerdem wurden die Taschen zu lange gekocht. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass es sich um ein bestimmtes abgepacktes Produkt handelt, das man in fast jedem Supermarkt bekommt."G'schmälzt" bedeutet für mich Speck und Röstzwiebeln, doch hier wurden lediglich wenige Zwiebelstückchen in eine braune Soße gegeben.Die Servicekraft erwiderte auf Nachfrage, dass hausgemachtes Essen aufgrund der vielen Gäste überhaupt nicht möglich sei, doch das ist meines Erachtens keine Entschuldigung für die Werbung für "hausgemachte Spezialitäten".Das restliche Essen war allerdings in Ordnung."

"From the outside it doesn't look like much; on the ground floor of a small two story shopping center in the center of town. We actually passed it by in search of a better looking place but these towns are generally deserted in the evenings...so we went back to this place because there were actually people inside. Greeted with a smile and service was quick. Food is excellant the chef knows what he's doing. Word of the evening pfifferlingen! The salmon was delicious and the filled beef was awesome in size and taste may I say a "man's" portion (sorry if this sounds sexist). Would go back regularly if we lived there."
