"We had a nice dinner with attentive service despite a wet evening. we were traveled in time for our table reservation and welcomed by the manager and the menu explained. our foods ordered and we had a good dinner with fresh local oysters. followed by our seafood. the dishes were well presented and served. in total will be re-edited in the near future."

"I just love this hotel. I’ve stayed many times and it’s always a wonderful time. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food at breakfast and dinner is amazing and we love going to Mularky’s for a pint! The location is perfect for shopping around Clifden and visiting the sites like Sky Road and Clifden Castle. It’s a short ride to Kylemore Abbey and the Connemara National Park too. A lot of love and care go into this hotel, it feels like home to us now. The worst part is having to leave. We can’t wait to come back soon! I totally recommend a stay if your are in Clifden!"

"We spent 6 weeks eating in good resteraunts around earth and marconi was probably the best we had, definitiw the best service. the food was to die and they have the polite and welcoming waiting staff. we drove 2 hours away to come back tonight, can't say enough good about the place."

"Just home from lunch in this amazing restaurant. What a delightful way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The food was exquisitely tasteful. I couldn't get over just how delicious it all was. Heartiest congratulations to the chef. He also obliged me with a dish that is usually only on the dinner menu. That he was willing to go out of his way for me to this extent, that really touched me. The staff too could not have been more friendly or helpful. They brought so many happy smiles to our faces. Well done to all involved. I have done so already and will continue to recommend this restaurant to others."

"We had a great meal at the Jasmine Garden. The two ladies hosting us were very kind and attentive, they made us feel most welcome. Despite arriving only an hour before they stopped serving, the resteraunt were happy to accommodate, which meant a lot to us after a long drive. The food was great with lots of options, and the hosts were very accommodating of both myself and my partner's vegetarian diets. As food is prepared fresh, they were able to customise the sauces so they didn't include fish sauce. I would definitely recommend this as a great option for anyone with any specific dietary requirements or allergies. The restaurant was very nice and modern inside and we had a fantastic experience, great value for money and wonderful service!"

"The Lamplight restaurant, wine bar accommodation is a hidden gem in Clifden. Amazing food to suit all -vegetarian friendly. Anke Ray all the staff so friendly knowledgeable about the food wine. Cosy, comfortable, quiet rooms with a lovely breakfast. Great atmosphere to dine stay. Looking forward to our visit again in March. I would highly recommend to try the Lamplight when in Clifden -you will not be disappointed. Thank you."
