"Le Jardin de Collioure is (not surprisingly) a garden based restaurant in a lovely old monastery courtyard. You're essentially sat outside yet are sheltered from any wind by the surrounding walls. It's a lovely environment in which to eat.The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient and were happy to recommend dishes and wines. They were knowledgeable about what they were suggesting too.There were 6 of us on our two visits including 2 children. The kids both had the grilled sausage which is delicious. It's nice to see children's dishes being the same quality as the rest of the food.The rest of us all ate from the 38 Euro fixed menu. My wife and I had the Foie Gras to start and it was incredible. I've never tasted better. It's apparently made by the chef. For a main I had the Beef Fillet in mirror sauce with Banyuls(a local spirit). I have my steak cooked blue and it was done to perfection. The sauce was delicious and the accompaniments were perfect. Just enough to leave you satisfied.For dessert I had the Profiteroles which was actually one massive profiterole and was as good as the rest of the courses.My family all enjoyed their meals just as much as I did. The incredible quality of the food, including the children's menu, the excellent, friendly service and the beautiful surroundings make a trip the Le Jardin one to remember. It was so good we went twice during our week in Collioure and were equally impressed the second time.I can't recommend this restaurant enough. It is the perfect holiday eating experience and if I'm ever in the area the first place I'll go to eat."

"This was a pure treasure to find in the beautiful streets of Collioure. There weren't many places open back at the beginning of March when we went but after walking around the town a bit we decided to try it as it looked welcoming. The waiter was lovely and had a warm and smiley personality. I could see the kitchen from the restaurant (a small but perfectly formed one) and it felt so comfortable to be there. The steak I had was amazing, tasty. I think my boyfriend had the moules which he very much enjoyed, as he loves seafood.So basically, it's a lovely place and a must try."

"This unassuming-looking restaurant is located on the quay and is a pleasant spot to dine outside. We ate sea bass fillets with prawns, roast potatoes, vegetables and the most wonderful garlic mayonnaise. The fish was super fresh and perfectly cooked. The service was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely eat here again."

"The shame, evening concert yesterday they left the sea disgusted: plastic glasses, confetti, glasses, dappes of I don't know what in the water. Not at all want to put a foot in it When you have such a magical place you preserve it and we cherish it!!!!!!"

"To be honest, I was leaving with a negative a priori, knowing the location and history of previous establishments. It is to contact that I quickly revised my judgment because pizzas are really at home and flat pasta as rich as good. "Nice restaurant by the pier. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not overly trying to amuse us, which was nice. The local Collioure wine was a fine refreshment. We had a ceasar salad and a Magret Du Canard. They prepared our dinner in no time,...cudos for the swiftness. The food was average, nothing special, but that might be because they're better at seafood. We saw other guests eating interesting dishes. To summarize it was a nice visit with an ok meal experience made better by the people who work at the restaurant."
