"Mhhh today was rubbing day, as with nuts, really delicious. rubbing cake so much you can create, but more than 6 didn't go, actually hurt because that was really delicious, too a well-kept bee, then at home the kitchen can stay cold!"

"We have searched out the forest cafe about tripadvisor today. have parked in high-level and then have moved around to what is only recommended. fairy-tale woods around and in the fairy-tale we find the forest cafe mountainous Switzerland. When you go in, you'll get back to the 70s. actually we were going to have to eat, but then we decided to have an early dinner. there was the steak for 18€ and the wellness salat for 12€. the courts were acceptable, but also not stunning. steak very delicate meat, prefabricated on tweepers, the pommes unfortunately very fat, as were the pommes not hot enough fritted. the salate was clear. but both with love. drink selection was good. the personal very nice and fast. we have been in the large gas room, unfortunately a little cool, the heater as an amplifier has unfortunately not been enough. both of them, as well as the whole area, put me back into my childhood, which I personally find totally beautiful. So whoever plans a Sunday trip is worth it. for kids there is a small wild and play area from the 70s :-)"

"I know this locally still under the name "hotel zur post", probably changed 1-2 years ago. we have cones there and eaten the menu up and down. This is popular locally for round birthday parties, baptisms and confirmations. I also liked to be in big company with my zigarette at the theke. unfortunately, after the forced ban for smokers in nrw today does not go anymore, we are all sitting in our living rooms without the previously used sociality. the policy was thanked!"

"The restaurant at the rocks belongs to the best restaurants in Oberberg for me definitiw! Pleasant ambiente, great creative food selection, friendly service. why, despite these lobeshymns, I only give 4 out of 5 stars? more:We ordered the cork tartar as an appetizer, which was greatly arranged so that it had been supported with refined components from pickled vegetables and crumble. what does not fit this very well is the very sweet aprikosen cream, the relatiw mostly accompanies the tatar or rather overdue. the amount of cream in relation to the other components was too high, so the proportions were not correct. the mass is too sweet for the yet very delicate corntatar, since the cream lacked the balance between acid, sweetness and sweetness, rather the whole dish becomes very sweet. a very nice dish. As the main course we ordered a whirlwind and a duet of laughter. Again, both dishes were great dressed and provided with creative components. both great dishes, but also here a small critique point: the meat was relatiw bissfest and not as tender as it is expected from fresh wild. the sauce had little deep and rather a bitter burnt taste. the sose to the wild is for me the absolute gamechanger , which unfortunately did not work completely. Here I wish a tasty, traditionally dressed and hearty jus. Otherwise there was a delicious creamy puree and great, yet slightly bite-resistant vegetables.The fish was well served glassy cooked with a delicious foam. as with all foods, the sweet of the dishes was somewhat too dominant and there was a hearty salty note, which is naturally also tasteful. in the fish would be somewhat less of the compott perhaps the solution, combined with a more salty acidic component.That sounds like much criticism, but shouldn't be. the notes are to be understood as a constructive feedback from a lover for fine dining with culinary experience. all in all it was a great evening with great food. you can see that the chef has superior craft skills. the taste is partly still somewhat improvementable, since the individual components were often very sweet, so the court in totalness then looks very sweet. the creativity of the respective action card is really worth highlighting here and almost unique in oberberg. courts like crasss or steak does not need a restaurant of the upscale and ambitious cuisine like this of my opinion.Everything in all, I see extremely good approaches that need a little bit of fine ground on the last 10. tastes your dishes a bit more courageous and with a little more salt. the restaurant is absolutely on the right way and I hope you develop a little further. I observe the development of definitiw and will recommend the restaurant on the rocks my friends and related. Of course I come back and hope that next time I can draw the 5/5 stars card."
