"The first time here, it was a late lunch. We have the Pasta Sampler Plate (lasagna, ravioli manicotti) and Lasagne. Everything was delicious, especially the “Villa cheese bread!” That was a wonderful culinary surprise! You get one free when they are 50 cents and are worth it, they melt practically in your mouth! The lunch menu prices were very fair and our waitress was very friendly attentive, thank you!"

"Much like the reviews of this restaurant, my experience was mixed. Joe Roots grill is a comfortable, relaxed, surf and turf restaurant. The service is on the slower side, but the servers are kind and considerate. In our party of 8 people about half were happy and half weren't impressed. Joe Roots knows fish and steak, it seems, but not much else. The walleye bites were incredible and steak was cooked and seasoned nicely. The lobster bisque was decent, could do without the sour cream on top and consistency was a little off. But the low of the night was the lobster. I had the lobster alfredo and lobster mac and cheese. Both were very overdone and tasteless. The lobster tail my wife got was cooked well, but seasoned poorly. All a grilled lobster tail really needs is butter. Dessert was disappointing. All in all. I say, know what's good and you'll have a decent experience, but if not, you'll end up paying a lot for mediocre food."

"Very clean. Server was amazing and constantly clearing plates and bringing drinks. We went on a Friday at around 4pm and it wasn't to busy. Some of the food was just a bit to salty. The breaded shrimp was delicious. We have been to this locaction twice."

"It's been with Quaker Steak Lube for years. Great food. I was a little sticker shocked at the prices. We had great service. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. The boneless Arizona Ranch wings were absolutely delicious!"

"My husband and I went to Panos for breakfast on a Sunday. The place was FULL. W didn't have to wait long to be seated. My husband got the Greek omelette. It was great. I ordered the small breakfast, eggs and bacon we're done perfectly. It a local favorite."

"Ate there at 5:30 on a Thursday. Restaurant empty. Server perfunctory. Limited personality. He just went through the paces. Soup served, which I started to eat when I realized I left my phone in the casino. I left to get it. When I came back, my other appetizer was sitting there getting cold. The cold soup was on me, because I left. The other appetizer, stuffed shrimp, should have been held back when he saw I wasn't there. Ribeye steak just fair. Spouse ordered the same medium rare, but was medium and barely red. Won't go back to this particular one"

"My colleagues and I had reservations at 12 noon and was seated promptly. Since Burmese restaurant are rear in the area, we were really looking forward to this experience. While we weren't in a hurry, the restaurant was. Drinks were ordered and they pushed to have a food order at the same time. We choose to wait to order the food until the drinks were brought to us. We ordered the Burmese style beef and goat stew as well as the Moh Hin Ga (Fish Noodle Soup). While the sauces of the meat stews were nice, it wasn't spectacular! The stew meats were definitely not tender. If you enjoy tough meat, then these dishes are for you. Additionally, the Moh Hin Ga was lacking in flavor and in my colleagues words: "would not order it again". Also, soft drinks and iced tea and refilled complimentary. Given the rush and the below average experience, will not be going back. Given there their great Yelp ratings, there seems to be a lot of patrons that like it. Maybe we just attended them on a bad day or the normal Chef was not present that day..."
