"Our server was “ok” not great. No offer of refills. Didn't bring requested extras, ie. tartar sauce or straws or ketchup. Fish was greasy and pretty tasteless as well as the prime rib dip sandwich which they removed from our bill. I can't say I'll be returning but we went trying to scout places for a business dinner. I can say we won't be having that at this facility"

"I like this restaurant, but the service is really slow and not considerate. Meaning, it takes a long time to get waited in and to get coffee. They never offer refills of coffee or check to see if anything is needed after delivering the food. But he food and atmosphere is excellent, so I go back. They should just train their wait staff at be more attentive."

"Over all everything tasted pretty good and our steaks were properly cooked to our specifications but for rare steaks, it took a LONG time for them to be served such that they gave us an appetizer we didn't order to pass the time. They also didn't take my sister's dessert order correctly but fixed it immediately"

"This is my favorite Mexican food in AZ. The Pollo Fundido is my favorite. Everything I’ve ever gotten has been amazing. This is a step above Filibertos and Burrito Express in cleanliness and quality. I don’t care about family style authentic Mexican ambiance, especially if the food isn’t great. Unfortunately, in my experience the more they invest in decorations the less they invest in food quality. Some Burros finds the perfect balance."
