"Well we decided to go after church , there were 11 of us we know that when we are a big group that we usually have to wait to be seated not a problem. The young man that seated us was so kind. I want to thank him??They sat us in three different tables as to accommodate us which was OK. But our waitress Jennifer was rude, never smiled, and had an attitude with me when I told her that we?ve been waiting 45 minutes for food and she said no you?ve only been waiting 30 minutes OK, she never smiled when she came to our table she just wanted to know what you wanted to drink? did not greet us with a smile or anything, I think she didn?t want to wait on us . I think Customer Service goes a long way and Jennifer needs to be trained. I noticed on another review Jennifer was not nice to her customer either? interesting !! If you notice my eggs Benedict I took a picture because all of our food that came out was cold or undercooked , my eggs Benedict the eggs were hard-boiled as you can see in the picture . I didn?t bother to complain about the cold food or the hard boiled eggs on top of my eggs Benedict because I didn?t think it would do any good. I don?t think we will be turning returning to Jims again at least not to this location. I did leave her a tip because that?s who I am , but I do think that Jims needs to train their employees on Customer Service."

"I ordered the Philly cheese steak 9 inch sub and a turkey club with everything on it also a 9in. Split the sandwiches and with my daughter we share everything that it was so delicious the bread was soft food came out 2 temperature. I enjoy Lennys every time I go. A little expensive, but worth it. It seems to be fresher than your average sandwich shop."
