There was a little dressing up there, but so little that we can't even describe the taste, a pity. On the mixing plate there were two Cevapcici who had a nice firmer consistency. They were strongly seasoned, but we lacked the garlic taste. The Pljaskawitza was of taste as Cevapcici, but here was a subtle sharpness still in play. From consistency it was a bit more fluffy. The turkey breast was juicy and delicately grilled, just like the slipper. The spices kept it discreetly. It was a pity because you had no sauce or lace. The meat tasted like meat. The Rasnici was a bit too long as fried. It was also very hard to get the meat from the wood chip. The rice was cooked at the point with beautiful tomato flavor. A little pepper and onions were added. He tasted nicely spicy and was the most tasteful of this dish. There was also some decoration of salad, tomatoes and parsley and a few slightly coarsely cut onions. On the Entrecote plate there was also decoration on it. The meat in the middle was cut through and the cooking was perfect as ordered. The meat was super juicy and also of beautiful quality. But it was pure meat. There was no salt and pepper. Too bad about it and the scatterers didn't look so inviting. Mills would have been great. The onions were slightly swollen and had a spicy taste. The two roasts were crispy and still juicy inside.
