"Was told that wait would be 20-25 minutes. Actually waited 55 minutes on a Sunday night after 7 pm. Once we finally were seated, our waitress quickly arrived for drink and appetizer order. Food arrived quickly and was worth the wait time. Rolls were as good as always, salad was very fresh. We had ribs that literally fell off the bones, and a ribeye that melted in your mouth. Staff seemed very efficient. Just wished they had been more accurate with the wait time."

"We had a reservation for my 33rd birthday. We had a party of 8. The night started great. The food was great for most of us. My Delmonico Ribeye was incredible. My fiancée's pork shank was a bit too salty for her to take more than one bite, but loved the pork belly appetizer. And one of my friends visiting from out of state had a less than stellar steak. Just a little overcooked unfortunately, but they were decently busy. We were told Caesar salads were unavailable table side due to an event and then as we were eating our house salads the table beside ours enjoyed them. The service was less than stellar. We didn't receive drinks that were ordered(not charged). We waited over thirty minutes just to receive our checks and then another fifteen or so to get our correct change back(someone was charged for something they did not order). We ended up missing our next stop as they were closed by the time we left. I can definitely say it was likely a fluke in service, an off night so to speak, but for the standard they set everywhere else it was incredibly disappointing by the time we left."

"My salad was excellent. Soup was cold but our waitress had it heated up. Crispy ranch chicken salad was the best I have had. Broccoli cheese soup was excellent after it was heated up. Our waitress did an excellent job."

"Very busy when we get there so early! Amazing food. We didn't do hibachi, but my bf still got the Hibachi meal and said it tastes the same. I have the shrimp bowbox and it was amazing. It'll be back to date."

"I travel through Lima, for business trips, almost weekly. I also travel throughout OH, WV, KY, and Western PA. I 've been to quite a few Bob Evan 's Restaurants. This location has never disappointed me. The restaurant is clean, inside and out. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. I 've always been seated quickly. The waitresses have always come to the table quickly, greeted me, and taken my drink order. My order has always been correct, the first time. Food has always been great. I 've never had a problem, with any of the staff, or food. I actually look forward to stopping here. This is my primary 'go to ' place to eat, when I 'm in the area. To the staff, and management, keep doing what you 're doing. This is one of the better Bob Evan 's Restaurants that I go to. Thank you for the work you do. I see the pride and effort when I 'm there. I think Bob Evans would be proud of this location."

"Can't say I ate there .ordered a med steak 3 different times .got 1 with a plate full of blood sent it back and got it back burned .the other two came burned first time around .didn't give the cook and second chance to burn them .never going back 3 steaks messed up in 2 months .not worth my time I tried. but it didn't happen .the rolls and cinnamon butter was good though."
