As usual, we first ordered beer from the barrel. We chose the Steig- Alm Helles. It is a Benedictine and very mild. Bright. It costs 2.80 Euro 0.3l . To the appetizer we both took the tomato cream soup, at 6.50 euros. She was nicely hot and seasoned with fresh tomatoes and a few bread cubes on top. It's an honest soup, without a lot of snuck. "Ich war heute in dem kleinen erzgebirgischen Zöblitz, um Serpentin zu kaufen. Da die Mittagszeit sehr schnell herangerückt war, bin ich auf's Geradewohl in das Restaurant "Zum Schwarzen Bären".Eigentlich hatte ich für einen so kleinen Ort bestenfalls eine schlicht eingerichtete Gaststube erwartet, bin aber schon vom Äußeren her sehr angenehm überrascht worden.Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt, hell und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, ohne irgendwelchen Kitsch. Überall frische Blumen, auch auf den Gängen, selbst im WC.Die Bedienung war supernett, schnell, natürlich, unaufdringlich, ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass da irgendeine aufgesetzte Freundlichkeit war.Die Speisekarte im Stil einer kleinen Wochenzeitung - eine Superidee, erfrischend und einzigartig. Sie beinhaltete auch eine kleine Teekarte, Weinkarte, Erklärungen zu einzelnen Biersorten.Das Essen - ein Traum. Ich hatte tranchierte Hähnchenbrust mit Ananas und Käse überbacken, dazu Kroketten und Salat, meine Mutter Sauerbraten mit Apfelrotkohl und Kartoffelklößen, auch mit Salat.Alles sehr ansprechend angerichtet, das Fleisch sehr zart.Der Tee und später auch der Kaffee wurden in jeweils zusammen passendem Geschirr gereicht, nicht wie vielerorts üblich mit irgendwelchem zusammengewürfelten Geschirrteilen.Der Preis war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu niedrig angesiedelt.Eine ganz kleine Anmerkung hätte ich allerdings: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Teller vorgewärmt gewesen wären. Das ist allerdings schon fast ein Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau.Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt."

"We had our Christmas party here. I was here for the first time and found a nicely furnished typical mountain restaurant in good location. As already described in a further review, the clothes had to hang in the unattended hallway. The food was good, there was also a small house music and we also had a very good drink consumption thanks to taxi transfer. I drank mineral water in addition to a quite neat Rieslings wine. Here I want to expect the brand water after the price. However, this could not be seen on the plastic bottle. And now - but not at all: Just before our departure at midnight I ordered a water medium at the counter. The inn filled the plastic bottle with only half a glass, then the bottle was empty. We disappeared and I thought he was going back. We came without again. I leaned on the side of the counter and had to observe from the corners of the eye how he filled my glass onto the tap of the sink. I don't think so. So, dear host, you did it to miss me an otherwise beautiful and successful evening in the last 5 minutes. And so drunk that this was not noticed, we were all not together. But as I said, who has....
