"They put the mashed potatoes and gravy in the same box with the cheeseburger so the gravy got all over the cheeseburger. It was smushed all together. The cinna-biscuits were hard and the icing that came with it was hard too. The coleslaw was probably the only thing that was decent other than the fact it was warm."

"Ordered to-go, One grilled chicken plate and one hamburger steak plate, was told it would be 10 to 12 minutes, I arrived about 10 minutes afterI hung up, Was greeted within a minute, paid for my food and then waited about another 10 minutes before I received it. I could see through the to go window the cook, a woman, begin cooking something on the grill, AFTER I arrived. After receiving my order I pulled forward to check it, and proceeded to find out that I did not have any napkins, to go silverware, and also grilled peppers were missing from both plates, I pulled back in the parking lot and went inside to find ZERO Dine in customers, the manager, a woman, sitting at the bar checking receipts/money and two other girls just standing behind the counter, all just talking. I told them all what was wrong with my order and ot wasn’t until then I was told they were out of grilled peppers... I received apologies for the other things missing although they were not overly pleasant, by far, was given a handful of napkins and one set of to go silver, thankfully I was paying attention and reminded them that I got two plates so I had to ask for another set. VERY poor service!!"
