"For 2 years I've enjoyed it, it's just delicious the burgers are of a supreme taste with an unusual choice to the duck jam and its mountain tome, melted camembert and its onion fondue .... The homemade fries like my grandma used to make them, since I tasted everything I like the tacos with marinated chicken with bacon and delicious cheese sauce. Welcome by the very kind manager, always order on time, just that you have to think about booking very tot to eat before 8 pm."

"A family visit to Mazamet during the winter months of this year to see the region with snow-covered peaks was wonderful and visited places like Carcassonne without the masses. We booked a table in Aux 4 Vents for Friday night and, as on a previous...Visit, was excellent. The three course menu is a good value for money. Freshly prepared, tasty and served with a smile from the husband's wife owner. It is great to support small independent restaurants such as Aux 4 Vents and if your trips take you to Mazamet, add this to your list. (The restaurant opens only one evening, Friday, every week and lunch Mon Friday plus Sunday)"

"It seems sacrilegic to eat Italian food in france, but if you are sick and only pasta wants what we did. to the happiness this little jewel was a perfect distraction. the pizza, where thin and crispy with much taste and. the pasta was fresh and portioned large. the tart tatin was amazing!"
