"It is unfortunate that I could only give 3 stars. Like everything else in this post COVID world, they are short staffed so you wait a little more to get a hostess to even greet you not to mention the wait to be seated. The food was good. I had the Walt's Shrimp, which is always crispy and juicy. I also had the crab which was small but fresh and flavorful."

"Every so often I come with my friend and mentor Alan and he always chooses Cindy's Cafe. This place is the breakfast stack of Northwest Mesa. It's this place as long as I remember. It is a family owner, country-style breakfast joint where the waiters are up, keep your coffee hot and filled, take and deliver your order with grace and style and throw in a few jokes in the meantime. I had the Granpa John's cookies and engraving with eggs over simple, sausage connections (in the side and hash brown. Tasted in Tapatio and Tabasco n black pepper. I left more than a tick on a dog ear, what I tell you! I'm back, I guarantee it."

"We have always had a good experience with our local Little Caesars but after this last visit, it will be a bit before we head back. We ordered online, the pretzel crust pizza, crazy bread and side of marinara. The online app advises, after I had paid that it would be ready in 42 minutes. We arrive to pick up and wait an additional 20 mins for our order. When we suggested that the online app provide an estimated time prior to paying, so one could make an informed decision, the guy said, Guess they are just trying to make money . Got our order home, pizza was not pretzel crust yet had pretzel salt all over it. It was so, so salty we couldn't eat it and wasn't hot. The marinara barely had any in the cup. The crazy bread was cold."

"Gud 'day mate! Here we are at Outback steakhouse in Mesa, Arizona the day before fathers day, 2022! Well. The big reason was because we had a nice gift card so we thought, let 's beat the crowd, go a bit early in the day and go the day BEFORE Father 's day!. All good decisions. Now for those of you that follow me, you know I deal with finding Celiac Friendly, gluten free options when I dine out. I did my YELP reading and was please to find that Outback Steakhouse has a gluten free menu! Now I can see your eyes rolling as you immediately shout, what about their Bloomin Onion ? Yes. Lots of items have gluten, but ask your waiter to see the gluten free/Friendly menu. Like all good steakhouses, the grilled meat is very friendly to most allergy sensitive folks. My wife got the Filet Mignon, steamed veggies and a baked sweet potato. Wow. The steak was great, veggies and potato top notch. I went with Prime Rib with Shrimp on the Barbee, French onion soup and loaded baked potato. Our waiter was fantastic. He immediately wrote down about the food allergies, recommended the loaded potato, made sure my wife got her steak done to perfection and kept our tea refilled every few minutes. Please keep Outback steakhouse in mind if you like a casual atmosphere, gluten friendly restaurant in the north Mesa Area. They are everywhere so no need to give you directions to the one we went to, but check Yelp for the closest location to you! Have a great dinner!"

"Ordered four shredded beef tacos then decided to only have two and the cashier had to ask how to change the order then after eating the stupid shredded beef tacos my stomach hurt for 3 days and I have diarrhea. I think the meat has been sitting out for who knows how long so if you want your stomach to hurt go ahead with it.. NO NO NO NOT EVER EATING THERE AGAIN EVER!!!"

"Sunday happy hour all day! Extensive food and drink menus for happy hour. Love all the unique cocktails they have for happy hour. Their cocktails have an Asian twist to it and they all sound delicious. The prices for happy hour drinks are also pretty reasonable. I ordered the rose lychee sangria $7.70). Sweet with a hint of lychee taste. Very refreshing! Spicy yellowtail roll $6): ok, wish there was more yellowtail in the rolls. Also interesting that they don't put the ginger and wasabi on the plate with the sushi. They give it to you if you want it. Still free. I guess that cuts down on waste. Edamame $4.30) is part of happy hour food but garlic edamame $7.40) is not. Garlic edamame was good but not very garlicky. Service was excellent. Outdoor patio was also dog friendly."
