"Since 17 years we regularly visit the neptun on norderney and were generally very satisfied, earlier even enthusiastic. our visit this year ended disappointingly: first after the order ca. 80 minutes to serve the food at the table, which also led in other tables unmistakable. only after 75 minutes the waiter appeared and pointed out that “the food now comes in 5 minutes”. the most important ingredients of food (fish and meat) were well prepared. the separately served supplemental salads were unfortunately discontinued and remembered more of carbahnraststätten of the 90s. also the pommes had seen too much and too often fat. a pity! perhaps the owner/piano would be well advised to limit its restaurant capacity with existing personal tight passes in a feasible measure."

"In the meantime, it's just smuggler and the son is now on the wheel; our bank, as we always find there, guarantees some leak. The original pub or restaurant are simply cult. Map is big and offers something even vegan food for everyone! There is no children's card, but a selection for the small gourmets. Not only fast food; Day card often has special treats. On Thursday it is necessary to try the Labskaus, not delicious. You should always make a reservation because it is not a secret tip!"

"We arrived at around 9 PM on a weeknight. We did not have a reservation and were greeted enthusiastically nonetheless. We had their 3- and 4- course prix fixe dinners, which were memorable. They gave us a 49Euro bottle of wine in error, having told us that it was the same price as the 29 Euro bottle that we had asked for (they were out of that one). The chef came to the table to make sure that our food was just the way we wanted it. The waiter was Italian and very sweet and competent. All that for under 130 Euros (they honored the price of the wine that they quoted us)."

"Without reservation, we are 2. pure snow and had the luck to get places. the service was fast, attentive and very nice. the food offer was very good, we decided to fish, it tasted very good. Waiting times have not played a role for us, we are on holiday."
