"Today July 2 2022 at 630 my kiddo came in for an order She did not realize what last time I had put on order as there are two I get that you all don?t know who we are but the rudeness she encountered was uncalled for. Young black haired girl looked at her as if she was a jerk I?m sure because my kiddo wears mask to protect herself and others as she just recovered from Covid and works in healthcare . Then a young boy was acting a jerk to her as well. When I came in the girl was rude to me as well! I am almost 50 and this was just some young teen being rude even to me? I also wear a mask as I work in healthcare. Let me explain that we wear masks to keep not only you but our patients safe. It is our duty as we are in the health field. If that was the reason for the rudeness then small minded ?..but second we have been coming here for years!! My kiddo never wants to go back so now ?..you have lost our large families business. All for being rude and unkind whatever the reason. Your customers are why you have a job. Seems you should all think twice when handling . Maybe you all need a course in customer service or should be working in an office with no windows sorting mail where you do not interact with customers. Same on you for making another feel uncomfortable."

"My family has been coming to this hotel for years and we always love going! Until this year.. if you like being an adult and having security be your babysitter, this place is for you! We were all constantly being harassed for our masks and how to wear them, even though many of their employees weren 't wearing them correctly. We tried to enjoy the band that was playing but then got in trouble for slow dancing with my fiancé because we weren 't 6ft apart . Security is just on your tail about everything! If you also have any questions about rules or how things operate, you better read their website because if you ask an employee you will get a different answer from each employee. the water slide was great but we weren 't aloud to take any adult beverages into the pool area. We weren 't aloud to check in until 5PM and we weren 't aloud to have a late check out! Way to expensive of a place to not even be let in until late in the day and then have be out at 11AM in the morning! But to top everything off, when we got home from our trip we had an advertisement come in the mail from Bluewater casino that said MASKS WERE NOW OPTIONAL we received that in the mail the day we left and got home!! Absolutely ridiculous and will never go back!"

"BEWARE: I work at the same shopping center where this restaurant is located; I placed an order through Doordash. After having a long and busy day at work, my co-worker and l finally had time to eat lunch much later in the afternoon. I was on the app checking for updates and noticed that the driver was finally arriving. I then saw that my order had been marked as “delivered.” I never saw the driver…my food was never delivered. I contacted the delivery driver and they notified me that the food had been delivered to Tokyo Joes (next door) despite the delivery address/business name being specified in the instructions and despite it being a completely different business from where it was delivered. When l went to ask the employees at Tokyo Joes, it was evident that they had kept the food and continuously kept lying about it. It had been no more than a minute… I requested to speak to the manager (Kayla King) and she very quickly became defensive, hostile, and very disrespectful. She started yelling and treating me in a very belittling manner despite one of her employee’s claiming my food as theirs. She was very well aware of this. I have a photograph from Doordash to confirm that it was delivered here. The employees are very clearly in the frame. They all covered each other up (including the manager). This is the culprit. He came from the back from very clearly eating my food. He had the most telling/suspicious/guilty facial expression on his face. Watch out for these liars! I would appreciate the owner of this restaurant reaching out to me and educating their employees as they clearly lack mannerisms, professionalism, and integrity. Review the cameras from 04/05/23. Thank you."

"Huge shout out to Nicaela Morgan and her awesome team, Alexa and Brian, for serving the staff, students and families of Parker Core Knowledge at Field Day today!!! They served hundreds of meals in record time, and the food was delicious (cooked and served fresh onsite, too). We really appreciate Noodles' generosity. Thank you, thank you, thank you. The Backyard BBQ Chicken Salad was a crowd favorite! PCK families: If you visit Noodles this summer, be sure and thank them for all the great food! Teri Aplin, PCK School Director"

"The staff is very friendly and the waiting time is not bad at all. texas roadhouse margaritas are delicious. chicken fried steak was huge and can not forget that she was her delicious sirloin. parking: parking is located in front of the restaurant and the back of walmart close."

"I drove here from Brighton and boy was it worth it. Pizza was out of this world and the service was awesome. I'll definitely be making the almost hour drive to eat here again. I've been to a LOT of pizza places and Colonna's definitely ranks in the top 3 in my opinion. I recommend stopping in if you're in the area, or even if you're not!"
