"We dropped in to Les Marroniers quite late and at short notice. The restaurant were really helpful in accommodating our party of 8.Good atmosphere and very pleasant environment. Water feature could be heard trickling when noise subsided.The menu is brought round on a chalk board, difficult for a party of 8 to see (and translate) at once so when the waitress came to take our order we were not ready. We just needed more time. However service was efficient, courteous and prompt.The menu offered a small variety of tapas and a fairly limited carte menu. The limit, I think, is imposed by one chef cooking everything to order within view in kitchen. Do not be put off by this the food was excellent, good portion sizes, fresh and very tasty.The garden terrace setting was attractive and really made the evening.I got the feeling we were a bit long winded and the restaurant wanted to close down for the evening but no attempt was made to hurry us and we felt quite welcome. Thank you for a lovely evening."

"I did not eat here, but weighed by the absence of customers on Sunday, while all the terraces were full. This is because I think: the pub is to present the map on a knight in front of the restaurant itself, put panels on the square and on the terrace side for the display in front of the road that descends, display more attractive dishes. I wanted to make these observations that could be working."

"This restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Right in the center of historic Pézenas, this restaurant serves wonderful, creative food. The service was friendly and very attentive. We got excellent recommendations for food and wine. Everything is grown in France and they use only local products....No prefab/industrialized food here! Everything is made from scratch. It looks beautiful on the plats and tastes delicious. We will definitely go back soon."

"Very disappointing experience, beautiful staff, beautiful place, but let them eat it down. too many flavors do not always go well together, i.e. le risotto bisque de homard (until tasteless) served with squid swimming in garlic and shower with parmesan, add some overcooked vegetables and there are. they an idea what they are in their teller (not hot so risotto tepid)"
